Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. The Cardholder’s name should always be the same as the Guest details name otherwise refund in case of cancellation will not be possible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Guests who cancel their booking at least 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, no refund will be issued, and the full payment is retained. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM (15.00) on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page (4 guests for each villa).
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the villas, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Guest Identification (Legal Compliance): In accordance with Greek tax laws and short-term rental regulations, the lead guest must provide a valid Passport or National ID card number (or Greek AFM for residents) prior to or upon check-in. Failure to provide the required identification may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
Swimming Pool and Safety Rules: The villa features a swimming pool for guest enjoyment. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool and surrounding areas entirely at their own risk. Children must be strictly supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in or near the pool. The host accepts no liability for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses arising from the use of the pool or the property facilities.
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances): The host cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, or flight cancellations. We highly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip.
Data Protection (GDPR): We respect your privacy. All personal and payment information collected during the booking process is securely stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by Greek law for tax declaration purposes.”
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
